What is KARE? +
KARE is a community wellness program powered by
Bright Care and share the same trusted providers and clinical support, including flexible therapy if you need it. Our services are designed for help beyond therapy. We work alongside your existing counselor, even counselors outside of our organization, or we can connect you with one if you need.
While therapy is important, it's not meant to carry your whole life. KARE adds support, resources, and community so you’re not left figuring life out on your own between sessions.
Will services be religious based? +
Our foundation is rooted in Christ's values of love and grace, but how that shows up in your care is entirely up to you. Our approach is always respectful, personalized, and centered on your needs. We focus on your needs in community and support, not religion. However, if you’re looking for a church or faith-based community, we understand finding one can be hard, so our services can help match you with the local community you're looking for.
Whether or not faith is part of your journey, our focus is simply to support you. If you have more questions, feel free to
explore our Services or
chat with our team.

If I already have a therapist, can I still use KARE services? +
