The Pop-In Playroom is a structured, supportive space where young children can play, regulate, and receive emotional and behavioral care while parents receive relief and support.

What this space offers

Up to 2 hours of supervised, supportive care
Emotional and behavioral support for infants and children too young for therapy
Play-based interaction that promotes healthy development and secure attachment
Playdates and social connection opportunities
Support for parents during sessions, groups, or appointments
Parental relief (run errands, work, or take a break)
Live parenting support and education (stay and receive guidance while your child is engaged)

This is for the parent who’s overwhelmed, stretched thin, or just needs a moment to breathe while being assured your child is receiving the support for their mental health needs.

Accessing care: Youth and Infant Mental Health support through access to our Pop-In Playroom is included in select plans (ask our team for more information).

Alone, this service is **$20/hour** (up to 2 hours).
